Pope Shenouda Is Recovering Well

H. H. Pope Shenouda III underwent a one-hour surgery at the Cleveland Clinic June 12th to repair his broken left femur after he suffered a fall. The surgery was successful and he is
recovering well. He will remain in the hospital for approximately one week and then receive physical rehabilitation as a part of his recovery.

President Hosni Mubarak ordered a private plane carrying H. H. Pope Shenouda III to the United States of America on emergency basis. H. H. Pope Shenouda III on Tuesday June 10th was transferred to the hospital for treatment of a rift in the thigh. There will be a need for a minor surgery according to the initial medical examination. H. H. Pope Shenouda is heading to Cleveland Clinic [Ohio, USA] for treatment. We ask the Lord to grant Pope Shenouda good health and bring him back home in peace.
